**As of May 8th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Uterbrink Construction for $349,500. ** The $349,500. **scope of the project includes demolition and removal of a 500 square foot existing, elevated high school press box of wood-frame construction, metal siding, and rolled roofing, to be replaced with a new, elevated 500 square foot metal-framed and metal-sided press box. The work includes HVAC system, electrical and AA/hook-ups, plumbing vents, FRP interior finish, resilient sheet vinyl floor, plastic-laminate countertop, as well as new vinyl windows and a TPO roof and gutter system. Bidders must submit bids for a general contract (all trades). Bids must be submitted according to issued instructions. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. A performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance acceptable to the owner will be required.
