The River Authority is seeking to award a contract for professional services related to operational improvements and resiliency design for the Martinez II and Upper Martinez Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The project's objective is to prioritize and implement improvements at both Upper Martinez and Martinez II Wastewater Treatment Plants. This involves executing engineering tasks and assessments for Upper Martinez WWTP with the aim of restoring its operational capacity to 2.21 million gallons per day (MGD), thereby reducing the need to divert 1 MGD from Upper Martinez to Martinez II. In addition to restoring Upper Martinez, the overall goal is to improve operational efficiency, resiliency, and reliability at both wastewater treatment plants. The required goods and/or services are to be accomplished according to the solicitation documents, all applicable laws, and all exhibits and attachments identified in the table of contents.
