Bids are invited for General Contract for the work of the DJRC Waste Water System Repairs at the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, SBC Project No. 142/009-01-2022. Bid documents should be examined at the Designer's office or designated Plan Rooms and obtained from the Designer according to the Instructions to Bidders. Plan deposit must be paid by certified or cashier's check made payable to the State of Tennessee. A five percent (5%) Bid Security may be required. The project is subject to a non-discrimination policy. Bids must be sent by mail, express mail, or delivered by drop off or courier service to the designated address and received before the specified time on the bid date. Bids will be publicly opened on the date and time specified. Instructions include not dropping off bids at other dates or times and following signs on the 22nd floor for the bid drop-off location. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at the facility's Administration Building. Special procedures during the Pre-Bid Conference should be coordinated with the Designer. Upgrades to the existing wastewater system by installation of a new fine screening system. System is to include a new fine screen and a washer / compactor that will deposit waste into adjacent dumpster. Project also includes the replacement of existing inline grinders and above ground suction lift pump station. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 Questions must be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid due date.
