Bid FB-26-12 is for campus-wide fire alarm replacement at Pleasant Valley School of Engineering and Arts Early Education Center at El Rancho Elementary. Work must be completed as per drawings and specifications available electronically from the Owner. Sealed bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and location. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held; attendance is required. Bids must include a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent of the base bid.
