Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a theater / auditorium.
Henderson County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for a Vertical Lift in the Auditorium at Lexington High School, 284 White Street, Lexington, TN 38351. This lift is designed for handicap use and must meet the following specifications: 42" floor to floor, 36 x 60 platform with emergency lighting, straight thru configuration, wired for ADA phone (code requirement), and a 120 VAC 30 AMP circuit. Staff and maintenance staff training is required. Bidders must be licensed, bonded, and insured. Material delivery date, as well as starting and completion date on install, must be provided. All bids must comply with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Bidders must comply with T.C.A. Title 62, Chapter 6, and list required contractor information on the outside of the bid envelope. Only hardcopy, sealed bids will be accepted and must be labeled appropriately. Each vendor must certify compliance with the Iran Divestment Act. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and is an equal opportunity employer.
