Furnishing all services, labor, materials, and equipment for the Belmont County Engineer's PROJECT #26-2: 2026 Chip Seal Program, which consists of applying asphalt emulsion to existing gravel roads and repaired areas and preparing and applying a Single Chip Seal on approximately 327,747 square yards of County and Township Roads. Bids will be accepted only from those who obtain the Bid Package from the Commissioners' office. A bid guaranty is required in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, applicable Governor's Executive Orders, and pay the prevailing rate of wages as required under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115. All requirements listed in the Bid Package documents must be followed. The Belmont County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed most favorable to the County under the stipulated conditions.
