Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chatham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; and educational facility.
The project is for the Winston Churchill Daycare Renovation at Winston Churchill Public School. The work is to be completed by February 28, 2027. Bidders must be an Ontario Business in accordance with the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act (BOBIA), as defined in Ontario Regulation 422/23. Bidders are also required to be qualified and maintain a qualified status, as per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program. The procurement method is Invitation to Tender (ITT). Bid documents will be available at no cost for companies with an active account with Bids and Tenders. Companies without an account must register with Bids and Tenders. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bids and Tenders. The LKDSB may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, at their discretion.
