The scope of work is for a three-year contract for landscaping, mowing/general outdoor maintenance, and litter removal for Lenoir City. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed and competitive bids marked as “Sealed Bid for Lenoir City Landscaping, Mowing/General Outdoor Maintenance, and Litter Removal Contract.” Bids will be accepted until the specified deadline and must include contractor’s license information on the outside of the envelope for bids of $25,000 or more, including the name as licensed, license number, expiration date, and the classification applying to the bid. Bids will be reviewed and awarded based on the lowest and/or best responsible bidder meeting the specification criteria. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
