The governing board of the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District will receive bids for Districtwide Roofing Installations #4. The project consists of the tear off and reroof of various District sites using Garland roofing systems. Bidders must submit sealed bids on or before the specified deadline at the designated address. All bids must be on the form provided and must conform and be responsive to the Contract Documents. Bidders are required to have an active C-39 California Contractor License at the time of bid opening and throughout the contract term. A bid bond or other acceptable security in the amount of 10% of the total bid price must be provided. The awarded contractor is required to furnish a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. A mandatory job-walk will be held, and only those who attend and sign in are eligible to bid on those sites. Contract Documents will be available from ARC. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
