The project is titled "GJ26-122 WHSSD 4450 Lift Station Repump Project." Bidding documents are provided by the West Haven Special Service District (WHSSD). Documents can be downloaded electronically via U3P-Bonfire. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by the specified due date. Submissions must be delivered to the District office by the given deadline. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation to ensure compliance with all requirements. Responses should be directed to the designated individual or office as specified in the solicitation. The Division of Purchasing is not responsible for issuing or conducting this procurement, and contract awards will not be posted on the procurement website. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Formal Questions need to be posed by email to Rporter@gecivil.com or on U3P Bonfire Bidder shall conduct any desired Site visit, that may be in addition to the pre-bid meeting, if held, as stated in Section 1.1, by appointment only, during normal working hours, and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. 1. Site visit appointments may be arranged by contacting the Owner at least 24 hours in advance of the desired Site visit.
