WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Project Description: Project includes the renovation of an existing kitchen area and converting it to a fully equipped kitchen area with all utility lines required for connecting kitchen equipment. It will also require demolition work, metal stud commercial construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes. The estimated construction budget is $525,000.00 plus or minus.
