The MIA Cc. F to H interconnector will provide secure and sterile connectivity from Concourse F to Concourse J and improve efficiencies in security checkpoints that will improve MIA passenger circulation and airline operations. The scope of work for this project consists of, but is not limited to: 1) Compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards. 2) Coordination with the Architectural/Engineering Team and other stakeholders. 3) Adherence to the approved schedule and quality requirements. 4) Obtaining all required permits and inspections. 5) Ensuring site safety, security compliance, and environmental protection throughout the duration of the project. The project is divided into three (3) packages: Package 1 includes the MIA Concourse G to Concourse H domestic interconnector that will comprise of a new four (4) story structure that will include new escalators, elevators, and circulation connector through an existing space that will be renovated to access the new third level domestic connector in Concourse H. o Package 2 includes the MIA Concourse F to Concourse H tenant relocations that will clear the way for Package 3. This package shall be performed under a dedicated allowance account. Pricing submitted under this procurement shall not include any work under Package 2. o Package 3 will reconfigure the existing office spacesinto a secure/sterile corridor that will connect between the concourses. The sterile portion of the corridor (for international arriving passengers will connect between Concourse F and Concourse H whereas the secure portion of the corridor for all other passengers will connect between Concourse G and Concourse H.
