CR#:2133265 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $22,900 for C, $7,800 for H, and $9,500 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 for E, The substantial completion date for this project is December 11, 2026. Contract Term: 498 Days Site visit notes: Prospective bidders or their representatives attending the pre-bid site visit will not be admitted on facility grounds without proper photo identification. Note that parking restrictions and security provisions will apply, and all vehicles will be subject to search. Refer to Document 002218 for any additional requirements for attendance at the pre-bid site visit. Phone the office of Cheriel Rice, (518-474-2251) a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the date to provide the names of those who will attend the pre-bid site visit. Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 48 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit.
