Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted in writing to waynem@emeryschools.org by 12:00 PM local time. The Issuing Office for the bidding is Emery County School District for the Green River High School Athletic Courts project. The official scope of work and architect plans will be available April 13, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing to the specified email by the deadline. Bid submissions are accepted by email or mail, as directed. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference requires prior email notification by the specified deadline, and the conference will be held at Green River High School. All responses and contract matters should be directed to the designated individual or office identified in the solicitation. The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible Bidder to provide the following: Green River High School: Demolition of existing tennis courts and installation of two ennis courts and three additional pickleball courts in the same area as existing courts. Installation of power and lighting from the school to the courts as well as providing electric connection for a generator (provided by the District) for the school.
