Renovation of a municipal facility in Kirksville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Downtown Revitalization Program Façade Project, Phase XV for Kirksville Regional Economic Development, Inc. (K-REDI). Bidders must adhere to the requirements and forms outlined in the bid documents, which are available from the City of Kirksville Community & Economic Development Department. The project is financed by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Bidders must be Equal Opportunity Employers. Minor, Women, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. Compliance with State Prevailing Wage Rates is required. Each bidder must submit bid security as specified. The successful bidder must affirm enrollment in a federal work authorization program and certify that no unauthorized aliens are employed. All employees on-site must have completed a ten-hour construction safety training program as required by law. Contracts will be awarded based on competitive bidding and satisfactory past performance in the Missouri area. K-REDI reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within ninety days of the specified deadline for receipt of bids. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to K-REDI in writing.Questions received less than seven calendar days prior to the date of opening of bids will not be answered.
