Site work and paving for a road / highway in Howard, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are invited for a project involving the following work over a 0.40 mile section of T-486: 1. Milling of bituminous paving notch for 30 linear feet. 2. Placement of WMA Binder course 19.0 mm MIX (50 Gyrations), totaling 672 tons. 3. Placement of WMA Wearing Course 9.5 mm Mix Level 1 (50 Gyrations), totaling 336 tons. 4. Roadway grading for 2100 linear feet. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality and include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
