Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westmount, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library; municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

Priority works P1 to P3 (0-5 years) from the Real Estate Health Assessment (BSI) for two (2) lots grouping seven (7) municipal buildings (projects for repairs, renovations, modifications, improvements and maintenance of the city's real estate stock). The scope of work will include repair work on municipal library, chalet Westmount, chalet King George, Hydro buildings and other municipal facilities. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from architectural professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring.
