Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Daniels, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Limit : S Johnson St. to STH 35 S Rehabilitation project to replace the pavement of approximately 14.47 miles of STH 70 from S Johnson St. to STH 35 in the Towns of Daniels and Wood River in Burnett County. The anticipated pavement replacement includes a 2.5" pre-mill, 6" pulverize and relay, 6" stabilized base reclamation with asphalt stabilizing agent, and a 3.75" HMA overlay. Additional work includes gravel shouldering, spot curb & gutter replacement, spot storm sewer replacement, curb ramp upgrades, pavement marking, and any incidental items necessary to complete the work. Construct using a combination of full closure with detour and under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations. Anticipated Construction Cost: $14,000,000-$14,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
