Project did not received any bids and a timeline for rebid has not yet been established The project includes mill and resurface portions of Catherine Street in the Town of Milan, Ripley County, totaling approximately 0.281 miles (_ 1,483 feet) of local roads including: Catherine Street from Ellis Street to the dead-end north of Carr Street. Work to include: mill street, edge grass; mill tie-in joints; sweep clean; tack coat; wedge and level as needed; full-depth patch asphalt base as needed; repave with approximately 2.0 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt; pavement markings; ADA curb ramp upgrades; sidewalks; storm drainage improvements; adjust castings as needed; and other miscellaneous items. Prospective bidders must be prequalified to do work for INDOT. Any subcontractors with $300,000 or more work must also hold INDOT Prequalifications. Documentation of prequalification must be submitted with all bids. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The Town of Milan reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Town of Milan. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
