Drinking Water - Water Meter System Replacement (DWSRF Project No. P40-2005604-01) for Okmulgee County RWD No. 5. The scope includes: Section A - AMI Water Meters: - 310 each: 3/4" x 5/8" water meters - 3 each: 1" water meters - 6 each: 2" water meters - 319 each: radio transmitters - 310 each: installation of 3/4" x 5/8" meters - 3 each: installation of 1" meters - 6 each: installation of 2" meters - 1 lump sum: Drive-by system - 1 lump sum: Mobilization Section B - SCADA Improvements: - 1 lump sum: SCADA Improvements All work shall be performed and all materials used and furnished shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Myers Engineering. Instructions to bidders include: - A complete set of plans and specifications may be obtained upon payment of a specified fee. - Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid as a guarantee to enter into contract and provide required bonds within ten days of bid acceptance. - Each bidder must include a DW-412 Non-collusion Affidavit and DW-413 Business Relationships Affidavit. - Performance, maintenance, and statutory payment bonds for 100% of the contract price are required. - Maintenance bond for one year after acceptance of work is required. - Compliance with equal opportunity employment, Minority and Women's Business requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours Standards Act, and Davis Bacon wage rules is required. - Compliance with American Iron and Steel Act and Build America, Buy America Act is required. - System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all applicants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for DWSRF contracts. - The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. Conditional bids will not be accepted. - All construction and material must conform to the provided specifications and contract documents.
