Site work and paving for a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes the construction of Water, Wastewater, Drainage and Paving Improvements to serve Travis County Improvement District #1. Question deadline changed from 04/17/2026 as per Website. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be sealed and addressed to GFT, Attention Mr. Matt Epple, President, Board of Directors, and delivered to GFT at 3520 Executive Center Dr. Ste 250, Austin, TX 78731, by 10 a.m. Local Time, April 15. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid. The successful bidder must execute the Bonds and provide required insurance certificates and Bonds within seven days of receiving the Contract Documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original check must be delivered at the bid opening address within one business day of the bid opening. Bidders acknowledge the Contract Documents may be executed using Electronic Signature. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid. The successful bidder will be determined as the responsible bidder which, in the Board's judgment, will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply and the bidder agrees the Contract Documents can be terminated if knowingly or intentionally failing to comply with that subchapter.
