The Project includes the following Work: 8,100 LF open cut watermain, 235 LF trenchless watermain, 138 water services and associated items, replacement of lead service lines from curb stop to home in 16 residences using directional drill methods, 6,000 LF open cut sanitary sewer, 137 sanitary services and associated items, 5,000 LF open cut storm sewer, storm water pond grading, 27,263 SY bituminous paving, 14,800 LF curb and gutter, and 41,700 SF concrete sidewalk. Prospective bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office during normal business hours or purchase them online. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a refund for documents returned in good condition within the time limit.
