No definite date for the rebid.** Lake Durant RV Road and Fishing Dock Parking Lot Asphalt Surfacing - Approximately 24,825 SF of parking lot, walkway, and roadway for surfacing with the scope of work as follows: - Grade millings that will be provide to proper height and foundation for the project areas. - Grade to drain. - Installation of 2"-4" of Asphalt Concrete Pavement depending on anticipated weight and use. - Stripping of parking lot area - All construction to comply with the City of Durant's Code of Ordinance (97.045) and (97.046). The work shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after the authorized starting date. Liquidated damages are established at $1,200.00 per day. The bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, which shall be deposited with the awarding public agency as a guaranty. The following bonds will be required from the awarded Contractor: o Performance bond to the Full Amount of the Contract Price. o Statutory Public Works Bond for payment of all labor and materials used in the construction of such improvements in the Full Amount of the Contract Price. o One (1) year Maintenance Bond to the Full Amount of the Contract Price.
