Reference Number 00004969576 Request for Proposals for Professional Services for West Highland Creek Watercourse Erosion and Stormwater Infrastructure Protection within the Scarboro Golf and Country Club The intent of this RFP is to procure engineering, geotechnical, geomorphological, fish habitat and watercourse related professional services for watercourse restoration and stabilization design works, contract administration and post-construction monitoring to protect at-risk Toronto Water infrastructure, preserve the structural integrity of Toronto Water and golf club assets from impacts during constriction, protect erosion control assets at the impacted bridge abutments, watercourse embankments and adjacent / adjoining private properties and restore the channel bed of West Highland Creek within the Scarboro Golf and Country Club property. The base scope of this assignment includes the following main components: -Field Surveys, Data Collection, and Investigations -Fluvial Geomorphic Study Report and Conceptual Designs for the City-defined base scope projects plus an additional project as recommended by the Supplier -Detailed Design and Tendering Services for the base-scope projects and (provisionally) an additional project -Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the base scope projects and (provisionally) an additional project -Post Construction and Monitoring Services for the base-scope projects and (provisionally) an additional project.
