Baldwin County, Georgia is seeking qualifications from General Contractors with a proposal of Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction of a new library in Harrisburg Park located in Milledgeville, Georgia. The project involves the reconstruction of a one-story building that has served as a community center and will now be converted into a library at the existing location. The bidding, awarding, and construction process will be governed by the Official Code of Georgia, Chapter 91-36, and the Baldwin County Official Code of Ordinances. Sealed bids will be accepted from General Contractors for a Single Prime Lump-Sum contract. All bids must be submitted by the deadline, dated and time stamped by the Receptionist at the specified address. Late bids will not be evaluated.
