OC San is seeking a qualified Contractor to replace Headworks (HW) Standby Generator No. 1's radiator and Effluent Pump Station Annex (EPSA) Standby Generator No. 3's radiator. Existing radiators are non-functional and unrepairable and need to be replaced. Question Submission Deadline: April 22, 2026, 2:00pm Prospective Bidders are required to put all questions, clarifications or comments in writing and submit online via the Q&A process for this Bid at OC San's OpenGov Procurement portal. The term of this Contract shall be within three hundred thirty-six (336) calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to familiarize interested bidders with OC San's requirements, the technicalities of the scope of work, and to answer questions related to the Bid. The pre-bid meeting is anticipated to last approximately 1 hour in duration. The meeting starts promptly at the designated location and time referenced above. Bidders are required to attend the mandatory job walk to be eligible for this bid. OC San will not accept bids from bidders who do not attend the mandatory job walk. Failure to attend renders a bid non-responsive. Bidders shall allow ample time to locate the facility, park, and sign-in. Bidders should be prepared to walk to the work area, if needed. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements for job walks and work within the plant are listed in the General Provisions section of this IFB. OC San will not provide personal protective equipment to attendees. Job Walk participants who do not have the appropriate personal protective equipment will not be allowed to participate in the job walk due to safety concerns.
