Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and addition to an educational facility in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
The project consists of the construction of an addition and two new structures on the campus of Pleasant Hill High School. The addition includes new Locker Rooms adjacent to the existing Gymnasium. The two new structures are a Concessions/Restroom Building and a Press Box Building at the Softball Field. Components generally include: concrete slab-on-grade on grade beams, wood truss roof framing with plywood sheathing and metal roofing, concrete masonry unit bearing walls and partitions, metal fascia and soffit panels, injected foam insulation at CMU, spray foam attic insulation, hollow metal doors/frames, aluminum windows and aluminum security grilles, phenolic toilet compartments and toilet accessories, millwork cabinets, shelving and countertops. Finishes include painted CMU and plywood ceilings, resinous floor coating and base, portable fire extinguishers, plumbing fixtures and services tied to existing systems, HVAC split systems, mini-split heat and AC, electrical lighting, power and signal, and fire alarm at the locker rooms. Associated demolition, site and utility work, including paving, fencing, grassing, erosion control, and other site amenities as scheduled, are also included.
