The scope of work consists of the renovation and addition to Fire Station No. 92 located at 157 Rolling Hills Drive, Conroe, TX 77304. The work will be performed as described in the construction documents provided as an attachment. The selected Construction Manager-at-Risk will assist with cost estimating and scheduling during completion of the construction documents and will construct the project upon completion of those documents. The Construction Manager-at-Risk is also responsible for performing other functions as designated under Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code. Instructions to bidders include the following: Submit five (5) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy of the materials requested as outlined in Section 2.4, Submittal Requirements/Selection Criteria, items 1 through 6, in the order listed. Only one (1) copy of the completed Proposal Form for Construction Manager-At-Risk should be submitted, in a separate sealed envelope from the rest of the requested materials. The sealed package must be clearly labeled with the project, proposal type, and opening instructions. Proposals not submitted as per these requirements will not be scored or considered.
