A single Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded on a lowest price basis to one contractor to provide elevator maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair services. Future calls will be competed among the BPA, and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer based on the total evaluated price for the base period and all options. The contractor shall review the scope of work and specifications and submit quote pricing inclusive of all applicable discounts, completing the required Price Breakout Schedule. Services may include routine maintenance, Annual (No-Load) Safety Tests, 5-year (Full Load) Safety Tests, and necessary repairs performed in accordance with the most recent version of the ANSI/NETA Maintenance Testing Standard (MTS). Elevators vary by project site, and the government reserves the right to select which services are required for each call. The scope covers one elevator installed at the intake tower at each designated location. Location: Caesar Creek Lake, 4020 N. Clarksville Rd, Waynesville, OH 45068; William H. Harsha Lake, 2185 Slade Rd., Batavia, OH 45103; Clarence J. Brown Dam and Reservoir, 2630 Croft Rd., Springfield, OH 45503; Brookville Lake, 10064 Overlook Rd., Brookville, IN 47012.
