Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Warrensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The project requires furnishing materials and labor to complete renovations as part of the 2022 Capital Project - Phase 2. Bids are to be submitted for stipulated sum contracts, specifically for General Construction (Contract No. 02) and Electrical Construction (Contract No. 05). Bids must be sealed and submitted by the deadline specified, and the bidding party must provide bid security according to the outlined conditions. Bids should not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the work, as the owner is exempt. Bidders must comply with the New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities, or to reject all bids without explanation. Digital sets of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications are available online or can be obtained on CD or USB drive for a fee. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five days after submission.
