NYE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS WELL #2 DRILLING, CONSTRUCTION, & TESTING, PAHRUMP, NYE COUNTY, NEVADA. The responder must include costs to comply with the requirements as stated in Section 2.7 'Material Specifications' and Section 2.11 'Description of Work.' Responses must be submitted in writing, in ink or typewritten, and follow the Schedule of Items and Prices. The responder must also submit a Contractor Qualification for themselves and any subcontractor intended for the project, with all required certifications executed. Each response must be in a sealed envelope, labeled with the responder's name, address, and the project name. Required attachments include the original bid form and any requested attachments, and may optionally include a digital copy on a USB drive. No responses transmitted by facsimile will be considered. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all responses or waive informalities. The response must include price per unit as per the Schedule of Items and Prices, and the total must appear on the last page of the proposal. Each responder must submit the Contractor Qualification form, data on the duration of time engaged in the type of work, and references for similar work performed previously, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers.
