The University of Houston is seeking interested firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to provide such labor, expertise, materials, equipment, services or other procedures applicable for all requirements, procedures, tests, inspections, service practices, component repairs, equipment renewals, system adjustments, filing procedures and recording documentation as referenced, mandated or otherwise implied in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by VDA, Inc. - Elevator Consultant - VDA Specification No. 80687. The scope of services includes the option to modernize 12 Elevators in accordance with the specifications prepared by VDA, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference will result in disqualification. University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal. To respond to Invitations and Requests posted to JAGGAER, you must first create an online account. Any solicitations found within the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal must be submitted through this link. Responses to bids will only be accepted via Jaggaer.
