The work is for the 2026 HMA Surfacing Program. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Mason County Road Commission. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the item being bid on and bearing the name of the bidder, or by email to info@masoncountyroads.com. E-mailed bids must be received prior to the specified deadline and will be acknowledged with a return email. In any contract awarded, disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids, and to make an award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Mason County.
