SID 380 Sterling Chase Power Duct Bank Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct a power duct for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 380, Sarpy County, Nebraska. The work includes: 1. Furnish and install 4" conduit - trenched (11,270 LF) 2. Furnish and install 4" conduit - bored (1,530 LF) 3. Furnish and install 3" conduit - trenched (1,030 LF) 4. Construct transformer box pad (44 EA) 5. Construct pedestal (113 EA) 6. Construct pull box (2 EA) All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by Lamp Rynearson. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than $27,040 as security. Successful bidders are required to enter into a contract to build the improvements in accordance with the notice and to provide a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 380 and marked as specified. The bid security shall be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal envelope, properly marked. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened. The responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid will be awarded the contract, as per the requirements of the plans, specifications, and applicable law. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
