Bids for the construction of the 2026 Street Rehabilitation and Woodbine Extension Project will be received electronically through the online electronic bid service QuestCDN. Principal components of the project include: bituminous milling, concrete curb and gutter, aggregate base class 5, bituminous, gate valves, watermain, sanitary sewer, RCP storm sewer, storm structures, sanitary structures, concrete walk, signs, traffic control, 24" wide striping, crosswalk striping, and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bidding Documents may be obtained from Hakanson Anderson for a non-refundable purchase price or downloaded digitally for a fee. Bidders will be charged a fee to submit a bid electronically. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash deposit, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
