* Per owner , bid will not occur today* Sealed bids are requested for the Municipal Building and Animal Control Building Updates Project within the Town of Orchard Park, New York. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents and accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Bid Bond, or Bank Check in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. Plans, specifications, bid documents, and instructions for submitting bids are available at the office of the Town Clerk at the Municipal Center with a $75 payment for each set. Refunds for returned plans and documents will be provided upon return in good condition within 10 days after the bid opening: $50 for non-successful bidders and $20 for non-bidders. The Town will provide equal opportunity for all qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises suppliers, contractors, and businesses.
