Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The purpose of this NRFP is to select a Construction Management (CM) company with experience in the Construction Management at risk (CCDC5B) Contract to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for a Small Care Home site at 1909 Charles Street, Vancouver, BC. The home will be managed by Vancouver Coastal Health, with residences being seniors with various physical and mental disabilities. The scope of work consists of finishing the renovation that has been approximately 75% completed by the previous owner. The work will encompass all aspects of the construction including but not limited to: Architectural: Completing all architectural work based on technical documents and specifications. Mechanical: Completing and testing the HVAC and sprinkler systems. Electrical: Completing all electrical components. Finishings and Fixtures: Completing all finishing work and installing all fixtures.
