Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the upgrade and replacement of elevator systems at the medical center in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work includes replacing a total of six elevators consisting of two traction service elevators and four hydraulic elevators located in three separate buildings. All work must be performed in a manner that does not disrupt ongoing medical center operations. Normal working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with any work outside these hours requiring advance approval. The project will be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract and is intended to fully modernize and restore reliable elevator service in compliance with contract requirements. Location: Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 Magnitude of cost for this project is between $5,00,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
