5/12/26: This project has been cancelled. The agency will not resolicit for the project. The Department of Administrative Services on behalf of the Oregon Employment Department requests written bids to secure construction services for the Oregon Employment Department - Roseburg Capital Improvements Project located at 846 SE Pine Street, Roseburg, Oregon 97470. This contract is for a Public Improvement subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site. Bids may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements, and any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so. Bidders must comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications provided in the solicitation documents, which can be accessed through the OregonBuys e-Procurement system.
