project no- 2405-01192, 20254020, 25064 The scope of work includes construction of a Row Hangar (40' x 191') and construction of a Hangar Apron (29.5' x 191') at the Bison Municipal Airport in Bison, South Dakota. Bidders must submit bids online via the Quest CDN vBid platform for a submission fee. Bidders who have not already downloaded bidding documents from Quest CDN will be required to do so in order to submit a bid. All bids must fully comply with the document submission requirements of the vBid system, including acknowledgement of all addenda and submission of a bid security for each bid in excess of $100,000.00, either in the form of a bid bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or draft, meeting specified conditions. The successful bidder must furnish a Contract Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and proof of Contractor's Excise Tax License. The award of this contract is conditioned upon meeting federal and state requirements, including but not limited to civil rights assurances, prohibition on certain unmanned aircraft systems, and submission of forms regarding Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation within five days after bid opening. Other federal provisions incorporated by reference include Buy American Preferences, Davis Bacon Requirements, Debarment and Suspension, Anti-Lobbying, and requirements regarding procurement of recovered materials. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. The Town of Bison reserves all rights regarding the acceptance and rejection of bids.
