Fencing is to be constructed and installed according to provided specifications and drawings. The contractor is responsible for directing traffic flow during installation, which may include a partial closure of the parking area if needed. Railings must be finished as specified. The work is near active railroad tracks, requiring coordination with Norfolk Southern Rail and compliance with specified Railroad insurance requirements. Fabrication and installation must be completed within 90 days from contract award, with a $100.00 per day penalty for late completion.
