Demolition, site work and new construction of a stadium in Woodstock, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a two-story above grade stadium.
The project requires providing construction services for the demolition, removal, and construction of a new two-story press box at Central High School, located at 1147 Susan Avenue, Woodstock, VA 22664. Shenandoah County Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified vendors. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the site. Refer to the solicitation documents for details on requirements for the pre-bid conference or site visit. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the demolition, removal, and construction of a new press box at Central High School, located in Woodstock, Virginia. This project shall be executed in accordance with project drawings and all specifications included in the full Invitation for Bid. The successful contractor shall be responsible for completing the project in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and school division requirements.
