Renovation of a municipal facility in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Wetaskiwin invites qualified mechanical contractors to submit firm proposals for the design, supply, and installation of a mechanical system modernization at City Hall. The scope of services includes: one 20-ton chiller; infrastructure sized to accommodate a total of two 20-ton chillers; one fluid cooler sized to the system; and one 250,000 BTU natural gas wall pack condensing boiler. Pricing must be provided for the installation of the initial 20-ton chiller and associated infrastructure, as well as a separate line price for the installation of a second 20-ton chiller if installed concurrently. Proposals must show clear understanding of existing site conditions, present sound engineering solutions, and provide a comprehensive scope including design, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and certification. Each submission must include detailed pricing, proposed schedules, safety documentation, and a methodology for site verification.
