Rue Philipsbur between the intersection of Best Street and rue Taylor (90 m.lin.) : Completion of the drinking water pipeline; Reconstruction of the roadway. o Best Street between the intersection of rue Craighead and rue Dutch (180 m.lin.) : Replacement of the drinking water pipe and service connections; Reconstruction of the roadway.
