The project consists of the installation of a SCADA system in storage standpipe, pump stations, and all other associated work as indicated within the specifications. The project is located at 13 locations across Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. Sealed bids are to be submitted in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or Surety Bond amounting to five percent (5%) of the base bid must accompany each bid as security that the bidder(s) awarded the contract will enter into an agreement and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The successful bidder is required to supply a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Oklahoma, in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price within fourteen (14) calendar days of the award. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids submitted. Bids may be held for consideration for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the designated project information. Questions and request for clarifications will be responded to until 5:00 PM on Friday , April 3, 2026.
