The scope of the project includes 220 linear feet of 24-inch storm pipe and all appurtenances, and 700 linear feet of 7' x 5' storm sewer box and all appurtenances. Instructions to bidders include: Sealed bids in duplicate must be addressed to the Board of Directors, Harris County Improvement District No. 13, and received at the office of BGE, Inc., 10777 Westheimer, Suite 500, Houston, Texas, 77042, or electronically through www.civcastusa.com, until 10:30 AM Local Time on the specified bid date, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read.
