Reference number: 20134589 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-13 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 20 The Charlevoix RCM is inviting tenders for a professional services contract to carry out inspections of the septic systems at four hundred and sixty (460) selected detached homes within its territory. The Charlevoix RCM is inviting tenders for five of the six municipalities within its jurisdiction. The number of septic systems to be inspected is distributed as follows: - fifty-seven (57) in Petite-Riviere-Saint-Francois; - sixty-five (65) in Saint-Urbain; - eighty-nine (89) in Saint-Hilarion; - one hundred and forty-four (144) in Les Eboulements; - one hundred and five (105) in L'Isle-aux-Coudres. The contract is to be carried out during 2026 and 2027, and must be completed by 15 December 2027 at the latest. Delivery schedule In their tender, the tenderer must propose a schedule of activities for this tender, specifying a completion deadline for each activity. These deadlines must be set taking into account the fact that all work must be completed by 15 December 2027 at the latest. The Contractor must adhere to the deadlines set out in its work schedule, except in cases of force majeure. Nor shall the Contractor be held liable for delays for which it is not responsible, including, in particular, those arising from the process of obtaining the necessary approvals and authorizations for the performance of the works. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim additional fees for delays attributable to them in the performance of their contract. Each tender must be accompanied by a tender bond equivalent to 10% of the total tender amount, including taxes, and a letter of undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the total tender amount.
