Reference Number 0000418471 Randolph County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services towards an Asset Inventory Assessment (AIA) for the Seagrove Ulah Metropolitan Water District's water and wastewater systems. The Seagrove Ulah Metropolitan Water District operates a water and wastewater utility that serves residents located within the Town of Seagrove and portions of the surrounding area. Randolph County is working on behalf of the District to identify a firm to assist with the completion of the proposed scope of work and serve as the fiscal administrator for the implementation of the project. In terms of timing, Randolph County anticipates that this project will take approximately one year to complete. The project will commence once a firm is selected, a scope of work is established, and authorization is received from Randolph County to begin work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
