Provide comprehensive landscaping, gardening, and interior plant care services to maintain the grounds and interior plant environments at Arlington National Cemetery and the U.S. Soldier's and Airmen's Home National Cemetery. Services include landscape installation and maintenance; planting and maintaining shrubs, perennials, groundcovers, ornamental grasses, roses, bulbs, and seasonal annuals; edging, weeding, and mulching of landscape beds and tree basins; creation of new landscape beds and rock swales; management and removal of invasive species; application of liquid and granular pesticides and fertilizers; hand watering; and maintenance of interior plants. The work also includes providing seasonal plants for Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and holiday plant displays for administrative and welcome center areas during the month of December. All services shall be performed with environmental impact awareness and compliance, with the contractor furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, management, and supervision necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Government will not exercise supervision or control over contractor personnel.
