Construction of a new landfill cell, Cell 4, at the Portage la Prairie Regional Landfill (Landfill) near 22-12-05 WPM in the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie, located approximately 20 km northeast of the City of Portage la Prairie. TIMELINE: An RFP has been issued to complete the required environmental and engineering services. The Consultant is to provide the Authority with the following: Environmental and engineering support to design the new landfill cell and associated landfill upgrades; Obtain regulatory approvals; Support project tendering; and Complete construction phase services.
